Filtropur - Bad customer service, bad product, no help whatsoever

I had gotten the Filtropur SFS and Commercial from Midwest Allergy Center in Fargo, ND. The person who came to hour house and sold us the equipment was a very well mannered gentleman that i will not name. I am not sure if he works there anymore since i haven't heard anything from them.
