111 Used Auto Parts 111 Salvage Didn't have parts they said they had plenty of. Charged $2 fee to get in. Granite City, Illinois

I drove 2 hours to get a few parts for my car that they said they had "lots of", when I got there they charged me a $2 fee to get in the gate. And ended up NOT having what I needed in good shape, there were 4 and they had all been ruined by accidents or stripped off by someone else.

Let me ask u this.. Have u ever had to keep track of every part that comes off of the over 5000 cars that we have available in our yard? Didn't think so. As for our $2 gate fee, every customer is charged that to help pay for the insurance and to help keep thieves out of the yard. We are very sorry that we didn't have the part you needed, believe me we would've been happy to make a sale but as I said before there is ALOT of vehicles And parts to keep track of and it is just impossible to track EVERYTHING that comes in and goes out in our yard.
