112 Automotive 112 Collision Complete Rip off and do not repair vehicles Internet

Nature of Complaint: Repair Issues - An improper or inferior repair
Problem: My vehicle was sent to 112 Collision for a 10 day repair. I pulled the vehicle after 9 weeks from the body shop as the constant re repair of my vehicle was below average. I removed the vehicle from the body shop for it to be sent to another body shop. When the new body shop stripped the vehicle down they found that nothing underneath the front bumper had been repaired or replaced and there was still existing damage from the accident. The new body shop contacted Allstate who had to send out an another assessor who found the repair to be inferior and the vehicle had to be re repaired again. I had visited 112 collision throughout the repair of my vehicle to find that they had not been keeping up with their word. The first time I refused the vehicle was due to the hood not being replaced and I called Allstate to compalin. On returning to inspect my vehicle there were various parts missing from the engine compartment and their was still damage to the front fenders. On my 3rd inspection of the vehicle the fenders had not been repaired and there were 2 new scratches on the front of the fenders and a scratch on the new front bumper. On my 4th inspection of the vehicle the fenders had still not been repaired and the colour underneath the hood did not match the original colour. On the 5th return I inspected the car to find a horrific repair to the fenders, wet sand debris all over the engine compartment. Over spray in the wheel wells. Damage to one of the rims and the scratch still on the front of the new bumper. 112 Collision also did not cover the cost of the rental after the 10 days that Allstate said they would cover. So this left me My vehicle is at anothe body shop and I am still without my vehicle. I had to purchase a second vehicle in order to be able to continue working. The service and staff were terrible at 112 collision and I am thoroughly disgusted with the way I was treated. I will also be seeking legal advice as to the quality of the work and the inability to repair my vehicle in 10 days. This is by far the worst experience and the worst place to take your vehicle. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THESE CLOWNS.
