Placed my order. They deducted my funds. Was told they were shipped. 2 weeks later still no product. Customer service is very bad. Online chat service is never on. They do not return phone calls.

ordered 6 days ago also, still have not got a shipment confirmation email with tracking number. so i called today and i had to call about 7 times before someone answered. when i got to talk to someone she said they are on back order and don't know when my purchase will be shipped out. when i made the purchase it said the item would be here in 7 to 10 days. well its already been 6 days and still hasn't even been shipped out. has anyone really received their purchase in the mail?

I ordered 10 days ago and have called numerous times, emailed, and left 3 messages so far. No one ever answers the phone no matter when you call and no one returns your call. On the site they claim that the order is processed and shipped within 3 business days and that they email a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped but that is not the case. Amazon or Newegg is WAY better with dependability. I regret ordering from this site during the holidays.

I also ordered on Dec. 8, they lied to me and said it was shipped. Finally 2 days before Christmas, I received the item. I wish I hadn't. It is a complete chinese knock off! It constantly squeals when turned on and most apps are in chinese. I have been asking to return it since I received it. I have sent emails and called many times with no response. I have filed complaints with my bank and the BBB. I bought this item through Sears, this is one of their so called vendors! So Sears says I have to get the item returned through the scamming vendor who does not answer calls or emails. Sears is the one showing was paid by my credit card. At least I can go after them as well. (Before Sears goes under!)
