If you reading this its probably to late for you as it was for me most likely you already got scammed by these people.when I first went to this place I thought I had an actuall interview I went suited up with a resume and got there at least 15 minutes before my so called appointment was scheduled, they told me to take a seat and as I waited I looked around and I thought to myself that the place didn't look proffesional , the employees where talkin inappropiate to each other and talking loud and the other people that where waiting for their interviwe looked frustrated, I found out why as I waited about an hour and a half before they called me. I sat down with a representative and he told me that in order to get a security job I need to take a 8 and 16 hour class and that I have to pay him 70 dollars, so I left and came back a month later with the money and scheduled an appointment for the classes. After I took the classes I received my certificates, and after I have all ready paid my fee for the classes they tell me after that I have to pay additional fees to get a job like an additional 70 dollars for finger prints and 125 dollars to get my actuall liscense, I was mad because the representative never told me this and I was I need of a job despratley. After about a month I was able to save money for this process and gave them the money and I never got a receipt saying I gave them the 125 dollars I only had a receipt for the finger prints because they sent me somewher else for the fingerprints.after I got my reciept I gave it to the representative and he put it in an envelope along with my security liscense application and he told me he was going to mail it out to the department of security liscensing and that I should receive my liscense in about 7 weeks. I checked my mailbox everyday ever since that day and nothing ever came in so I waited about a month and a half before I decided to call the department of lisensing services and I spoke to a represantative and gave him my information and he said there where no records of me. I called 1st security and explained them my situtation and told me the represantative that helped me wasn't there, I requested a manager and they hung up on me. I called again in half hour and told me that my representative just left and I knew it was a lie because the other person told me he didn't come in at all. I called everyday until I got a hold of him and he kept giving me bogus escuses like that sometimes they take a little long and I was so mad because first of all 7 weeks is along time and I already waited about two months, then he told me to call him back tommorow and gave me a fake number. I went back to 1st security in person. And he didn't even give me a chance to tell him how I feel about this whole situation he just said ok call me tommorow and ill handle it. Next morning I called him and he said he was going to speak to them and call me back and he never did. I called him again and he never picked up. I went to 1st security again and spoke to him in person he said that he didn't have time and to call him on the phone tommorow and I do and he never picks up. I gave this guy nothing but respect when I go and speak to him I never lose my cool. I don't understand why he would do this to me I have no job and no money to be going back and forth to time sqaure and going to payphones to call him when he never picks up. I don't know what to do I feel robbed and disrespected. After I saw this website today I saw I wasn't the only one who got scammed by this company I don't know how this company still exists I think the better buisness bureau should have shut them down a long time ago. This is not right especially around this time with the economy , people are paying crazy amounts of money just to get a job and end up with nothing. So if your thinking about getting a job with security please do not go to this place take it from me and every other person that filled a report on this website.
