My Not so fun time with www.arcticcat.com and the 2012 arctic cat prowler 1000

This engine can have a problem in it even at low km's to new that will make it jump fast to start driving with out pressing the gas. My Brand new one just did this! Arctic Cat fix the engine but there was some damage done to the 2012 arctic cat prowler as it ran into something but they said they would not fix the prowler ????????????????????? What a warranty? the engine makes this a very dangerous toy! DO NOT LEAVE YOURS RUNNING IF YOUR FOOT IS NOT ON THE BRAKE. If your prowler drives in to something because of the engine they will not fix the damages !!

Travis at 204-982-1656 he handles the warranty for Canada?? he gave me the run around they finally said its not there problem! As he stated "its his job to find out they should fix it or not" I think he just flips a quarter to make his mind up.

I was told I had a Bumper to Bumper warranty when I purchased the 2012 Prowler At RalphsMotorSports when it got into them to get the Prowler fixed the fixed the engine then said come pick up the Prowler, When I got there they AGREED IT WAS VERY BAD but they fixed the engine it would take about a week before the bar the the top could get fixed????? MY BAD i should not have picked it up about a week and a half later I was told they would fix it Now about four weeks of talking to they they are saying the 2012 prowler did not even barely moved by its self? lies lies lies!!! I have 3 people that were there when the 2012 drove by its self! and five people that seeing me try to load this thing onto a trailer the day I purchased it, it was bad with out giving it gas it could move UP A RAMP??! I can go on and on about how I'm being treated by ralphs motor sports www.ralphsmotorsports.com But all I can do is tell the world how I have been dealt with! I'm being cheated!
