I have used 247-host.com for a little over a year, despite the negative reports I saw across the internet about their customer service. I figured that wasn't a problem seeing I never really ever needed to speak to someone. Well boy was I wrong. Just over a year of having my site hosted with this company the started to say I'm abusing their service and using way to much of their servers. I signed up for a so called "UNLIMITED" plan but yet using to much of their servers.

This all came a little after I had paid them for another full year of an IP address and a full year of service. They told me I need to upgrade my account from the one I have now to a 10X more expensive account. In the mean time they have shut my account down and displayed a suspended page.

Well needless to say I'm going to move to a new hosting company, they cares about their customer a little more since this company doesn't care about a customer for nothing. They just want your money and move on since they know you can't come after them since they are not ,located in the US. I now have to personally go back to the bank and dispute the charges to get my money back for services I never used.

Not only did they rip me off with money they claim their uptime is "99.9%" but I have reports that the real up time is somewhere along the lines of 83.7% of the time. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone!
