2B fraud,liars,bad costumer servive goodyear, Arizona

I went to this store 2b in goodyear to get a cell sevice this lady gave me a great price for a plan in was going to pay 79.95 for two phones with all the sevices I have sprint and was going to brake my contract with them and pay sprint 500 dollars to cut the service with them cuase they gave me a great plan but this lady lied to me real bad I got my phone and three days passed so I direly called T mobile to ask them what was going on with my lines And asked the costumer service how much would be my billl he said 170.00 a month the same as sprint I was so MAD this store and this person lied to me the good thing i called right away if 14days would of passed I would have to pay more now t mobile is charging me 4o dollars still and say they cant do nothing about this store i have asma and been sick cause this store for as this lies and scams please somewone do something about this

keep getting emails from JASON SMITH stating he will send me a check for $2000+ which I cash keep $200 and buy 2 money grams at 2 different Walmarts send them the money grams and report on the quality of the transaction. Took their check to my Credit Union because it was obviously a scam. They agreed. now i have received a sec on email from the same person. I there any way to have this person or group prosecuted for fraud.
