Keep FAR away from this building in white plains new york. Everything is old and broken. They do cheap botched repairs to keep the building from looking bad on the outside, but all the pipes are leaking and rotten from the inside. Old broken leaking heating system, very little if any hot water. Constant broken doors, security problems, homeless people sleep in the lobby, parties with loud music, screams all night and people hanging out and smoking crack on the roof on the 5 side of the building. The elevators are about from 1920 and scary. When you complain to the management they do nothing at all and if you go to the board members you get ignored too. Also if you are on the waiting list for the garage, you never get in unless you pay a bribe to the board members. Some people asked the board president Carl Abate to help with some problem they had and he told them if you dont like it to move out and slam the door in their face. If you are not friends with the board president you get ignored completely, especially if you are a woman or black. The board is very racist and hardly any minorities live in Franklin Court and the ones who do act all high and mighty. The maintenance payments get higher every month but the money is always short, who is watching these people managing this building. It is disgraceful.
