Of course the early out of the contract fee is outrageously steep, any honest company would allow you to end the contract if services performed / renderred were not what was mutually agreed upon.

After reading some of the other comments I guess I feel lucky that at least some of my services work some of the time. But we are constantly having issues and having to satisfy these problems via their online reporting process, this is neither efficient nor personal partnership at all.

It would seem that CBeyond sales representatives can say anything, even if it's untrue, to get you to sign their contract, and the company (CBeyond) does not have to abide by any of the promises made, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE SCHISTERS!!!
