Never Buy Glasses from 39DollarGlasses.com, they got the order wrong, and shipped it late! When i contacted their customer service they were unable to help. I'm not impressed i spent ~$100 for glasses i can't use!

Wow, that's a bummer.

I've bought from them six times and never had a problem. And I'm really surprised to hear about customer service. I had a problem once and they were able to help me right away.

I LOVE 39DollarGlasses!

They have never gotten my prescription wrong or messed up my order.

You must have placed it wrong.

I have been using many of the online eyeglass retailers for several years now and 39dollar glasses is among the best in terms of quality and customer service. I am very surprised about your complaint. Are you sure you entered your prescription properly? Did you have a correct PD measurement? I just got a new pair of freeform progressive glasses (with a VERY STRONG prescription, btw -11.00 distance!) just two days ago from them and they are perfect once again!
