411.ca is a total scam, they got my info from kijiji which had ben working really great and I agreed to sign up because they say there was no contract and I could cancel any time, well after a couple of weeks I got not even 1 call from 411.ca so I called to cancel. I emailed, called, left messages and NO ONE ever called me back...

I had to cancel my credit card to ensure that they did not charge me anything. I called the credit card company and they said that if I could prove I was a vistim of internet fraud that they would reimburse the funds. They told me to send their billing department an email stating that I no longer authorised any transactios to my credti card ending in xxx. and that I no longer wanted their services. They never responded and I got my money back from the crdt card company...

I have to work very hard for my Money, for these people to steal it away, 411.ca is garbage and a scam

I second your opinion on their fraudulent and illegal activities. They victimized me exactly the same way, ... and I will have to to exactly that too...

to anyone reading this post, ... if you work for 411.ca, ... get a more respectable job, like " a parking enforcement" !!! or just beg for money on the corner, ... don't steal people's money, ... don't con the working man!!! A$$H0le

J'ai fait affaire avec eux et je me suis rendu compte que j'étais sous contrat avec eux pendant un temps minimum de 3 mois pour environ 35$/mois. Ils ont fait des erreurs dans mon nom d'entreprise et n'ont pas pu les changer. J'ai du appeler ma compagnie de carte de crédit pour la faire annuler, pour ne pas qu'ils me chargent pour d'autre mois. Même que la vendeuse s'est faite passer pour l'entreprise Canada 411, alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Prenez-garde!

They are definitelly scammers. I got into a 3 months contracts deal even if I just wanted a 1 month deal with them. The sale representative also lies to me saying she was working for Canada 411 which is not the case.
I had to cancel my credit card too. They even made some mistakes on my business name and address and can't change it. Avoid them!
