The individuals at 4u.com Insurance Quotes have Ripped me off. The company sells Insurance leads to insurance agents in the health, life, auto, and home insurance industry and I consider them CROOKS. According to their own website they promise that their leads cost $12 per lead which is more then average at $8 per lead, but are well worth it. 4u.com Insurance Quotes guarantee that the insurance agents that purchase their leads will have a much higher closing ratio at around 25% compared to what they say is a industry average of 4%. They also guarantee that insurance agents using their leads will reach every single lead or prospects for potential sales or the lead will cost the agents nothing $0. They have a minimum purchase of $300.00 worth of leads in which they require agents to pay for them first and then they will provide the leads forthwith. This is not TRUE, they took my $300.00 out of my account after I signed a contract agreeing to the amount but also agreeing to my right to cancel for a full refund. In the first week I received 2 leads which were of the lowest quality and not in my requested area, when I made 4u.com Insurance Quotes aware of this an owner questioned the error but said he would make it right. That never happened. I never received anymore more leads and after several days I requested a full refund of my $300.00 no harm no foul but, it did not happen that way. I was then told a refund would be granted and processed that day and I was sent an email stating it was completed. I never received that refund and, after making several calls and corresponding back and forth with a representative of the company I was told many stories and given many excuses about why I did not receive my refund. After pressing 4u.com Insurance Quotes about why a month has passed and, and why I have not received my refund which was promised to me in 7-10 business days the representative became angry and I was then told by him that I was STUPID to trust them (4u.com Insurance Quotes) and I would just have to wait and, there was nothing I could do about it. That was my last conversation with this representative who no longer answers my calls. Two weeks after speaking with this representative I was contacted by another who was the person who orginally signed me up for the leads. This representative promised the same thing that the first one did but did not deliver. Readers I write this report because I was RIPPED OFF and because I did trust these individuals to do their job and provide me with the products I purchased. I paid hard earned money for the leads and did not receive anything but headaches, and the feeling that I have been robbed. Unlike other robberies the victim usually do not know who the predators are but in my case I know who they are and 4u.com Insurance Quotes took advantage of me a hard working insurance agent trying to make a living. I call them THIEVES because in my experience that is what they are. Companies like this should not be able to get away with these types of business practices, they made me skeptical about purchasing lead information from companies and it is just was not RIGHT. By the way I still have not received a phone call, an email or piece of mail in regards to them returning my $300.00 and it has now been over 3 months. WOW!
