I was also contacted by Infinity to become a personal concierge in my area which is a tourist area. They sent me a detailed contract for employment offering $3000 a month with a 15 day probation period for which I would be paid $800. No ssn or other info needed. I was sent an assignment to find french translators for 1 week. Emailed them for further info and they responed saying that I had all the info needed. Completed task and was lauded for my work. Sent to client. Second task was to find a mammoth tusk figurine replacement which had been broken. They sent me contact info in russia. sent email and received quasi english response saying that they only use western union. price of object was $8,800 to be shipped via air to Los Angeles. Sent info to infinity and said that client can do further negotiations. Received an email asking for invoice, papwework, etc. and that client was disappointed that I had taken too long for response. I did not work over labor day holiday and received task on friday pm. responded tuesday am. They stated that they would rescind contract and give to someone else. Emailed russia saying that client has accepted terms, asked for paperwork and all terms. Waiting to hear back. Will refuse to give bank info and tell them to have client finish transaction. Will be interesting to see their response. Will keep you updated. This is such a shame that this is a scam because I would be very good at doing this and would enjoy it. Incidentily, when I phoned the number listed, they did not answer with a company name. Accent answered. Checked building marque and they are not listed. I emailed them, telling them that I could find no business info on them, and they responded by saying that they were legit but could offer no backup docs or support. They are very thorough and good. But Laughable. We should all be scammers and get paid.
