A Restitution Agreemnent has been reached by Dan Robert Construction Company and a sub-contractor who was dealing with Dan Robert and vDan Robert Construction Company regarding money taken in 2008. An written agreement and full restitution has been reached for reimbursement io funds held d back to a sub-contractor has been agreed to on a monthly payment schedule by Dan Robert Constructionm Company regarding some $ 10,500.oo in back money due the sub-contractor. It is reported than a n agreement has been reacvhed by all parties. " We are glad that Dan Robert and his company stepped up to the plate and agrees to the restitution of funds ". Its been three years in getting to this point, but at least Dan Robert Construction Company is finally doing the right thing in trendering restitution.
