About a month ago my husband recieved a call stating that he was going to be charged with a felony and arrested if he did not call the the A S & Associates Recovery agency back. When he called back they stated if he did not have 500.00 to them by the end of the day he would be charged as a felon and loose his job, so he did get them the money that was in October and every week since then they have hit our acct for more than they told him that would be taken out. When looking at our account on line today they took even more out again when they took a payment last week. As of today they hit our account again and this time they took 3 different amounts out so far the amount that i can figure according to my statements is in the amount of about 1564.00.

With times so hard for everyone this day and time we thought that we were in good hands by paying off what we owe. He does have a few payday loans that he is paying but I dont think it is in the amount of what they have been taking each time for as long as they have been taking the money, i asked my husband shouldnt it already be paid off. With him being a government employee he could not take a chane of losing his job or being charged as a felon, so he took money that we needed to pay other monthly bills to pay them to keep from being arrested or charged as a felon according to I believe the name he said that he spoke to was a man by the name of TOM MOORE. This is very stressful for me and i have health issues already and this is just adding too it. I do however have a friend that works at the bank where my account is and i will be calling her to stop payment on the amounts in which they have hit our account for on saturday morning.
