Took 2004 Dodge Intrepid, with 70,000 actual miles, in for water pump repairs on September 5, 2011. Mike Parker came up September 14, 2011 and said he needed money for parts and was given a check for $300. On the 26,2011, he said the car would be done the next day. I called several times and asked when my car would be ready. He called October 10, 2011 and said he was keeping my car and try and get it in court. I went to the police for help and filed a civil court case. He was not served and so I filed again he was not served. October 31,2011 the police called and said he would give my car back. I had already spent $300 (he kept) $98 (filing fee) $65 wrecker fee and so tried making arrangement to get my car again. On November 5, 2011, I got a wrecker after he called and got my cat towed home.(more money) I had a mechanic come over to the house to access the car and found that no work had been done. Mike Parker did not buy any new parts and tore a bunch of stuff off my car and put it in the trunk. He put someone elses parts in the trunk and broke two parts on my car plus stole all the clamps and airconditioning caps as well as took all my oil, anti-freeze and other items left in my vehicle. I spent $500 more and the car has to have more things checked out because he broke parts, stole parts, and did not do one repair. I am a disabled senior who he intentionally ripped off because I am a woman.
