A2B Moving & Storage Co. Jordan Feritta CEO of the company lies and cheats his workers lakewood, Colorado

Jordan Feritta the CEO of A2B Moving & Storage employed me on the 30th of august and had me work a 8 hour day with him and another man named justin. At the end of the day he took down my information on a w-4 form and told me i could get my pay in 2 weeks when the next pay period ends. Well after 2 weeks had passed i tryed calling and texting him for my pay but got no response, I know i have the right number because my brother was employed full time by him, who he also owes money. lol suprize! He has now laid him off without paying him the 900$ he owes him. I finally got ahold of Jordan about my pay to which he said he would try to get me my pay as well as my brothers as soon as possible and the reason he had not done so already is because his son is sick with cancer and his moneys stressed with that. To this I said okay you can have more time just as soon as possible try to pay us something, It did not even have to be the whole amount we told him we'd work with him.....Well folks still waiting after now 4 months of trying to collect my pay of 80 measly bucks besides my brothers 900$ and I'm sick of waiting and trying to be reasonable about his personal problems. I just recently found out that he fixed his truck for work which couldent have been cheap instead of paying me or medical bills for his son, and i personally find it sick that this man would sit here and use his son's medical condition to duck me. Well now im taking him to court, ive already filed a complaint against him with the labor board as has my brother, And i just wanted to take the added step of warning the public. Jordan Feritta is an incompetent employer and im fairly certain an incompetent worker. Do yourselfs a favor and save your money or find a different moving company because you dont want this one. ps. ive seen another complaint on this site stating that he came to a job site smelling of weed and ordered extasy over the phone in their bathroom. I dont know anything about him and extasy, but i was present while a bowl of marijauna was smoked in the cab of his rental work truck. dont hire him and avoid working for A2B moving and Storage. happy new year.
