The company has extremely poor customer service. They started out without a very poor sales agent who did not have a lot of knowledge on the granite that was being sold. The granite required corbels which the sales agent approved. Later at the time of installation the installers said the corbels were clearly incorrect. Why would they have been approved? The manager, Nick, got on the phone and was literally yelling at my wife and I. He was unprofessional and rude on the phone and continued to blame us for something his company approved. They eventually agreed to help us find new corbels that they approved. Their communication was very poor - they never returned phone calls. They promised to do the leg work of going to find new ones, but instead forced me into going to various stores by their inaction. They scheduled to come back for the install and then cancelled 30 minutes prior to arrival. After all the clarification regarding the corbels, the installers installed them incorrectly. When the manger, Nick, was called and emailed about the issue he refused to return calls. I talked to his sales agents who promised a return call - nothing. The actual granite looks nice, whether it is safely installed we do not know. The installers were very nice. The manager is a nightmare. I can not imagine every doing business with this company again!
