I purchased dating software for 697.00 from what I thought was an american company, but as soon as you hit submit payment button your redirected to the Netherlands to Avangate. You have to register there also(giving your info to see your invoice). Invoice says, transaction complete/product downloaded. Then you get several emails to go here and there an register, and each time putting in your personal information, and each time you do this it says you will get a verification email WHICH never arrives. One of there request is to even email your login to a specific email address. Wow, sure made me feel like I was dealing with amatures and crooks. I immediately tired to email and get a hold of someone, even tried there skype link, but to no avail. Two days later, after sending numerous emails to cancell, refund and return any moneys they received from my credit card, still have not gotten one reply. Credit Card Company has cancelled my card issued new one and says they will not pay them....Wow GREAT. If they are a ligitemate company then they sure need to spruse up the communication skills and what kind of software writing company can not get email verifications to work right. I read some distrubing stuff at one of their forums, stuff like date fields showing up on your american site in European format, and the only way to change it to the american format(month,day,year) was to buy their 200.00 dollar mod. package or go through ever php file and edit them yourself. Also you could buy jake name mods for your dating site that made it look like you have 1000's of clients(also 200.00 and up) To me, this all seemed very fishy and really looks like they sell software and then hit you up for extras, things you did not think of. But the biggest problem is no contact from anyone, still have not heard from a single soul. MY THOUGHT? DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. IT COULD COST YOU BIG.
