May 09, 2011 Gentlemen: I live in a property managed by Acacia Village HOA. There are five (5) homeowners that are not paying their monthly dues. In this connection, among the dues that I am paying monthly, includes the uncollectible dues which is a burden to me and a scam. Why am I suppose to pay for others. Can you also find out if this property management have a business license to manage. Since I move in this house I do not know their physical address but mail my payment to a Post office box.

Dear Friend,
I have a townhouse there as well and I have asked for years for the physical address and they have never given it to me. I have also asked for years to see the books and that has never happened. The fees have gone up for years and there is no change in service.
All temporay increases have been perminant and in numerous occasion have tole me that I have not paid my dues, when I have canceled checks cashed by them. To prove that I paid my dues they ask for a copy the front and back of the canceled check. But my bank doesnt provide that. What they ask as proof is impossible to provide. I will owe them forever even tho they have already taken my money.
