Academic Writing Help Stole Money, Did not recieve paper, SCAM , Internet

I purchased a paper (thesis) from AcademicWritingHelp.com in December 2009. I had asked to have the paper done by March of 2010. The paper was completed but not correctly. I have since recieved one other paper, that was once again not correct. I have been emailing and calling for over four months now and no one has goten back to me. I have no idea when my paper will be completely corrected. I have asked about getting my money back, because the company has a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back. I have not recieved any information about a refund or having my paper done correctly. I have called everyday-- and automatically get sent to a voicemail-- in which I leave a message and still no one returns my phone calls. I have probably sent over 100 emails regarding the issue. It has now been over a year, and I did not recieve the product I have paid for--nor has anyone within the company seemed to be concerened with my issues. I would like a corrected paper or my money back.

This complaint looks fishy to me. For example, it looks like the user is in college; but, his/her spelling and grammar mistakes suggest that he is probably someone who does not even speak English as their first language and does not know how to write simple sentences. Even if he/she is speaking the truth then the company must have given some sort of response in four months. May be they have explained it to the user which he/she did not mention here.
