Accounting and Financial Site Builder afsb.net Billing for services not rendered nor desired Internet

We were lured to afsb.net by the promise of a 60 day free trial. We are a CPA firm just building our web site. During this trial, AFSB transferred control of our domain to themselves. Not understanding that it was unnecessary nor desirable, our company president agreed to this. Well within the 60 day trial it became apparent that not only would their service not work for us, but their customer service is among the worst we have encountered; ever! We decided to cancel our service and have our domain transferred back to the registrar that it never should have left in the first place. First they charged us a "domain transfer fee" of $60. Not only is that amount absurd, but is almost a ransom that they charged to get control of our domain back! The Following month they billed us for service and refuse to refund our money. This company's practices boarder upon fraud and are without a question unethical.
