I'm upset I'm in what most people would call middle class and really have a hard time keep a roof over my kids head so was looking for help to refinance my house and lower my monthly payment after looking online i got a call from a man named Sam that worked with Imperial Capital . This man made everything sound so easy and made me fell good about the decision i was making he said someone would contact me within 24 hours ALL he needed was a one time charge of $60.00 to get a credit report will need less to say it has been a month and 5 e-mails later and still nothing

Yes it seems to be a "credit rebuilding" scam. Fast talking call center with no real knowledge of what they are actually doing.
