Acronis - Acronis 10 Sucks - Wobum, Massachusetts

Acronis 10 absolutely sucks. 1. It is extremely hard to set up a backup.
2. It is extremely slow. You start the process of setting up or reviewing backup settings and the program icons twirl for 2 to 10 minutes before you can actually use the program.
3. The previous version of Acronis was much faster, easier to use and let you set up a back up step-by-step. I like Acronis. But this 10 version sucks big time. Warning. Don't buy it!

Acronis True Image 2014 causes my computer to freeze completely & one needs to press the reset-button to restart the computer.
Their software is supposed to protect computer-systems from failure; & should not cause them!!!
Acronis then has the audacity to charge £20 for their 'service' to get their broken, faulty software working for which I paid circa £60 just three months ago.
Acronis is in breach of Consumer Protection Regulation. Their software is not fit for purpose & I forwarded the whole matter now to Trading Standards in the UK.
