Action Video Productions Horrible Graduation Video Arlington , Texas

My husband and I went to Denton Guyer graduation where my stepdaughter was graduating from Denton Guyer High School, when in the lobby we were approached by Action Video Production employee and asked if we were interested in buying a dvd of the graduation. We were very interested since our camcorder had finally died. We paid our $35 and waited our 6 to 8 weeks for our dvd. We finally recieve our dvd its a cheap memorex cd that you purchase at wal mart or whereever for $15 for 30 cd's. The video is out of focus, there is no cover no nothing on the dvd and its shipped in a cheap cardboard like sleeve, no protective cover for it or anything of that nature. I have started calling the company and of course get no answer. I found this report when I did an internet search of this company and decided to file a report. My next step is to contact the school since they are allowing this to be done in their name somewhat. They need to be a little bit pickier about who is selling off of their good name.
