| All I can say this is not the 1st report about Adam Burdette and will not be the last by yet another person. This guy is a FELON. Adam still has pending federal investigations and the state of Florida is still has indictments against him. He owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to people that his associates & he schemed /stole from. Now he has this Auto Export Shield as a front to help his own people complete the purchase of vehicles .. The people & corporations that have signed on with him like Circle Porsche and Porsche of the Main Line are such tools.. Hiring a man and his front to safeguard their business without doing their due diligence to 1st checkout the man they hired to protect their businesses... These dealerships giving customers personal (supposedly protected by federal privacy laws ) info to a Known Felon . He was convicted>>> .. Wake up Mercedes, Bmw and Porsche dealers you hired a Felon to protect your business. His Wife even has convictions and all his known associates.. |

looks like I have pissed off another exporter. If you are going to make a post at least get the facts straight. If i had an indictment out there I am sure the winter park police department would have notified me by now, I live less than a mile from them.
As for my wife she has never been convicted of anything except to unconditionally love someone who has struggled as much as I have. It is her love, and the love of both of my children that has helped me to reshape my life. I will continue to piss off every exporter out there that I can find. I will not stop signing up dealers and we are up over 300, I will find you, you can threaten me you can stop by my house, you can continue to call me, but I will continue to faithfully execute my responsibilities to protect each one of my dealers. I truly enjoy nothing more then finding you, identifying you, and stopping you and adding you to me ever growing list.
Those that don't like me, don't sign up for my services, let the exporters win and continue to be charged back, it doesn't bother me. Those who are using my services know me, you speak with me almost daily as we continue to ID and stop exporters. Exporters If you are going to stay in this game you are going to have to up your game. Here's a hint, South Carolina UPS box's don't work, Alaska Shell Corps don't work, keep advertising on alibaba, thats a big help along with rite drive, even your cashiers checks can't hide who you really are anymore..

BURDDETTE WAS RE ARRESTED IN JANUARY OF 2011, FOR FAILURE TO PAY RESTITUTION, ACCORDING TO HIS PAROLE OFFICER HE HAS NOT LIVED UP TO RESTITUTION SINCE HIS ARREST IN 2011 AND IS ABOUT TO BE ARRESTED AGAIN.

WINTER PARK, Fla. —
A Winter Park man is accused of using his auto broker business to rip off clients for more than $1 million.
According to investigators 33-year-old Adam Burdette took money for luxury cars, but never delivered them.
Burdette has been arrested twice and another case is under investigation.
WFTV caught up with Burdette outside his lakefront home in Winter Park, which is the same place listed as the address for his business Auto Export Shield. Its website claims to protect auto dealerships.
"That appears to be a completely fraudulent business, " Winter Park Police Department Lt. Thomas Pearson said.
Police said a businessman in California sent Burdette $345, 000 for four luxury cars, but they were never delivered.
"Were you ripping people off?" WFTV reporter Jeff Deal asked.
"Nope. I don't have anything to say, " he replied.
Police believe Burdette advertises the cars below market costs to lure people in.
In 2009, Burdette pleaded no contest to a similar crime where he took $400, 000 for cars that were never delivered.
Investigators said it was possible Burdette shipped the cars out of the country, but they think most likely the advertised cars never existed.
"This is a pretty concerning case because we have a history that goes back three years for this type of incident, " Pearson said.
Police do not know if they have any local victims, but they are investigating a third case from another out-of-state customer.
WFTV found a website that is specifically dedicated to warning people about doing business with Burdette and Auto Export Shield.
Burdette is out of jail on a $5, 000 bond. He was ordered to pay more than $432, 000 of restitution to his 2009 victim, but court records show he has only paid about $50, 000. |
