Ok let me first start by saying that doing any kind of business with James A. Adams Sr. is a really bad idea. He's after one thing and one thing only. (Money!) He doesn't care how he gets it or who he has to trample over to get to it. He will trample over his own son (me). I am writing this to let everyone in the world to not be associated with this man. He ran a company called Adams Security Consultants. He basically ran this company for ten years plus. First it was called Big Brother Protective Services who he ran the company with his work partner Herman P. Jones who was smart enough to move on with out him a year or two after Big Brother Protective Services. Anyway to make a long story short James A. Adams Sr. Aka James Stallworth employed several security officers and went around town to construction companies such as Swinterton, Turner Construction, Stacey And Whitbeck and Herrero Contractors and would ask them if they needed security for their construction projects. Some contractors would pay out anywhere between $20k-30k a month depending on what James A. Adams Sr would charge on a hourly basis.
So to make a long story short some of the guards and at one point all of the guards wouldn't get paid for weeks on end and they were working 80 hours in two weeks sometimes more hours then that. A lot of them tried to take him to the labor board however he and his assistant Malia Woolens would not respond to the request to pay these guards 90% of the time that he owed money and back wages too.
He finally recently just nose dived the company into the ground and didn't give a shit anymore and took whatever money was left and ran. I do not know if he changed the company name to Black Knight Security Services or not because I resigned from my position 6 months prior to him failing the company and everyone else. Last I remember Sue Jensen his accountant was trying to get a check from Herrero Contractors for like $21k for what was supposedly owed to this dead beat.
I'm sure to this day he still owes employees. I know for a fact that once one of his businesses decides to take a nose dive that he will rename the company and move to another location and try and start again. I am here to put a stop to that! Wherever he goes I will go and I will be a shadow that he will never forget! This man has no right to own or operate a business! He has ruined the lives of many in his path of destruction.
This man is an ex-cop who I'm sure was crooked and still is to this day!
