Their ads are nothing bat false advertising. They use bait and switch tactics to get people into their office. Most of the money they charge are broker fees. This money does not go toward your insurance policy, it is the fee the agency charges you to sell you your policy. Read every single document they make you sign. One of these documents states the broker fees you are paying. The insurance you buy from them is only the minimum coverage required by law, with is $5,000.00 in property damage. They might give you $10.000.00. This means that if you cause damages over $10,000.00 you will have to pay the difference. This happened to me. I totaled a $60,000.00 car and I am being sued and the insurance will only pay $5,000.00.
