Adventure Capital Kaffman and Assocuates LOAN SCAM Houston, Texas

Don't let this group waste your time and definitely don't give them your money.
The head scammer goes by Joe Kaffman but his real nale is Welton Zolicoffer.
He also uses an alias Mr. Zolicoff.
He has ripped off people for 100's of thousands by offering 1.5 million to no limitloans with 100% financing for any purpose!
They ask for 1.5% up front to go to Kaffman and Associates which they claim is a law firm. They they get you to write a check to Joe Kaffman for a fake Performance Bond Guarantee that they arrange.
There are mass number of typos on everything they produce; typewriters are even used! Mismatching fonts; letterhead without phone numbers, email addresses or websites; that's when you know you are dealing with adventure capital!
He has veen using Visctor Carranzo as a front man to perpetuaate the lies that they really make loans; however Victor now said he was scammed for $20,000 or so and that not one loan has ever funded.
These fraudsters cost us 2 months of time and many thousands of dollars in lost earnest money, etc.
