AFLAC AFLAC Steals Money for Policies they dont pay out on. Columbus, Georgia

In Nov. 2009 my husband twisted his knee coming off a ladder. He had to have knee surgery and was off work for 8 week we had the disability and accident policies when we filed our rep. gave us the forms to fill out and to have the doctor fill out we were later denied after being told he was covered 100%.

We later found out that the reason we were denied was because the doctor didn't give detail in the accident and the other doctor said it is a wear and tear item we then contacted the rep and she took over the claim after getting everything straightend out we were denied again because the doctor said in the physican statement it was a accident her dr notes didn't this is wrong and we are in the process of bring a lawsuit against AFLAC for FRAUD. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN REBUTAL ME AND i WILL GET U THE INFORMATION I AM SICK OF AFLAC TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.

Also just a added note I also slipped on a piece of ice and injuried my spinal cord and we filed a claim and denied because no detail to the accident dr just said fell.

YOU MESSED WITH THE WRONG PEOPLE I WILL WIN!!!!!!!!!
