I ordered two airsoft guns from Airsoft Gunslinger on Sunday, November 13th, 2011. If you visit their website, be sure to look at their "About Us" section. To summarize it, they "promise" same-day order processing -- and if not -- shipping within 1 business day. They also boast "unmatched customer service." Throughout the "About Us," there is a load of boasting of consumers being able to "rely on top notch customer service." However, after I ordered, it was not shipped within the next business day (Monday). I decided to give them a break. On Tuesday, it was still not shipped. And you guessed it, on Wednesday, it still was not shipped. I tried tracking my package on their website using a provided order number, and it says "Order is processing for shipment." On Tuesday, I emailed them asking about my order. There was no reply. On Wednesday, I emailed them again, and still no reply to either emails. On Tuesday, I tried calling, but it went straight to voice mail. On Wednesday, I tried calling two more times, and again, it went straight to voice mail. I then had to call my bank in order to report a potential scam, and explained them my situation. I immediately blocked my credit card from Airsoft Gunslinger just in case they wanted to take more money. Beware of Airsoft Gunslinger/ My Air Pistols/ Top Climbing Gear (all run by the same people). They put on a facade of professionalism and care for customers when in reality all they did to me was take my money without any merchandise or customer service in return.
