Dear Ripoffreport Reader, Although I just spent $30 on my converter software, I feel like I need to bring my case to your attention. The same week I purchased my product and realized it did not work, I wrote an email to both of the aiseesoft contact email addresses. The responses and follow up practices I got are so unprofessional and purely representa a scam not to mention that they dont have a phone number to call them to. I have copy/pasted the conversation that we have had via email to make the story short and for you to realize what a fraud they are. | I experienced the same issues. I downloaded the convert program for Ipad so I could download movies from my PC to the Ipad and the transfer utility did not work. I send emails that went unanswered. My new practice is to not order anything on line without first speaking to a representative from the company I intend to order from. |

Yes, I paid for my Blu Ray Ripper (PC) a month ago. They sent an email stating to go to a link to download the software, but there was no link.
I returned the email to the sender several times showing that the link does not exist. There has not been any response. Looks like I have to stop payment.
This has been a frustrating experience and a total waste of time. |

| I ordered a bluray ripper bundle a week ago and to date no such software has been sent to me. This company sucks and should be exposed for the fraud they are. Do not deal with these people for any reason!!! |
