Akzis ie Marq Clyburn bad check Houston , Texas

Marq Clyburn wrote me a check for 300.00 on Feb the 27th 2011. The checked bounced and he insisted that it didnt. I believe this was just an attempt at stalling me. After several weeks of him avoiding me and ducking my phone calls, including telling me "just give me your account number and ill wire the money to you" and the famous "the check is in the mail". I have decided to pursue the matter in the Harris County Courts. I am asking the good people of this site if anyone else has had the same experience with this individual. I will not allow him to continue lying and cheating people. DO NOT TAKE CHECKS FROM THIS PERSON!!

This is unturue and unfounded. This was posted by Alicia Haggenmiller of Jersey City, NJ who has never done any business with Marq Clyburn. She is taking aout a personal vengence and in turn trying to hurt someones reputation. There was never an exchange of business here, just a personal loan that a check was stop payment on due to her bulliness and attitude. This is very sad!

No I believe this complaint to be true and valid. I had the same issue with Marq Clyburn and his company Akzis Industrial Products. He wrote me a check for $840 in April of 2011. After brow beating him over the phone and verbally dog cussing him I almost got all my money back, and quit pursuing the rest. I know there are numerous people in the Houston area that have had issues with Marq Clyburn and Akzis Industrial Products.
