Its very funny how the kinder you are to people the more they want to cheat , scam , and attempt to stab you in the back . It has come to my attention and now you know I will follow through and alert everyone as well as all legal authorities involved of the new crimes committed by Jeffrey Hirschkorns " Father " / "mentor"
ALAN L Hirschkorn - Who also is a cheat , lier , scamer , and now just found out to be a fraud as well . Alan Hirschkorn lived in my home for over 8 months , with his son Jeffrey , They both scammed and cheated both me and many other vendors , contractors etc . that many previous posts on ripoffreport .com both show all the victims / proof of all claimed .
Alan has claimed he knew nothing of anything ever going on , ( Stupid right ) not to know whats going on around you about anything ,
but .... some victims decided to allow Jeffrey to take the fall alone due to his complete disreguard for honesty , law , justice and unhealthty lifestyle among other crimes and issues ,
Now we find out that Alan Hirschkorn knowingly frauded the government of a school loan / financing and degree from keizer university and state of Florida . Not only was the money he received from the financial aid was spent on other things,(car repairs , pizza, chineese food, Dog, etc,,)
but the school in return was given worthless checks as well , sent in by the hirschkorns , Tuition was paid for by the tax payers and increase of costs due to fraud , Jeffrey did all of the homework , took all of the tests , filed all forms , required ! so Alan would pass the courses and get the Degree , and then use it to receive the prestige and honors and possibly get a raise in salary for acheivement of what that Degree may bring , All fraudulently ..... and both knowingly doing wrong. This Alan does Know, and we all now Know as well , therefore proves his knolege during the commision of past frauds as well , not only that but puts him smack in the middle of a federal crime of financial aid fraud , and the Illegal use and distribution of forged documents , from the financial aid forms to the final certificate of the Degree Alan has received , and since ! has sent word and copy by Alan to his friends in NY ( fire Dept ) to brag and show off - and also has Given a copy of this fraud document to his present employer at the , Osceola county school board . His hope is to get into some fire program as a leader in the community / county / school in fire prevention of some sort .
This is very wrong not to say very Dangerous for the state of florida to have a person hold any position / certification / degree (BA) they are not qualified to have , especially in this area of fire prevention. The funny thing is Alan may try to claim again ( I knew nothing ) But the certificate of completion was receivd and distributed WHILE JEFFREY WAS , AND STILL IS IN JAIL !!!!! LOL.... And all that ALAN needs do to prove his innocence is take a simple comprehensive test from either the Keizer university or even the Osceola school board or the state . Alan was put way back on the backburner where I was concerned , I was willing to let go ,
until I found out , not to long ago either , He attempted to file Harrassment charges 4/1/11 on me and also on my son , who had little to nothing to do with Alan at all , He filed complaints with the orange county courts for no good reasons at all . The court heard his claim and rightfully denied him of his claim clearing us both of any wrong doing and all of this went on without our knoledge till recently , when I got a call from a friend / victim informing me of such ( LOL ). Alan needs to look again to his son jeffrey who in his anger of the injunction against him made by Alan (his own father) Jeffrey has sent negetive e-mails out and made calls to people talking against his Dad , even trying to get his own father fired from his Job . This is a family dispute between them and they shouldnt involve others in it. But Now that Alan has made an attempt to charge me and My son after all that we have been put through from these Cheats , scammers, liers , frauds . I am about to reveal to all the authorities involved and interested , the crimes committed and as well ,also File a legal judgement against Alan , as he does still owe me from months of rent as well as Default of rental agreement as provided by seminole county . and then let the courts work it out.
I do hope the crimes they both committed they have to pay for , IN FULL !!! I know Jeffrey is Paying , with his freedom . ( till Aug 2012 ) I do also know Alan has attempted and solicited money from the local synagogue he attends , He will even bulls**t to his Rabbi to get his selfish needs taken care of . Thanks to past victims and other interested parties who still keeping tabs as I do , this information will be distributed and passed along . More if any to follow Im sure ......... A word to Alan as was given to Jeffrey a long time ago - The long arm of the Law will eventually get You !!! Stop your Illegal activity while you can .. Dont make it any worst for yourself .....
