Alarcon and Associates Took our money and did NOTHING! Holbrook , New York

It took 5- 6 months for Alarcon and Associates to let us know that our mortgage was less than 31% of our salary!!! They had that information from the start but guaranteed us the mortgage company would work with us to modify our payment. Of course we paid them for three months-- almost $3,000, instead of making a house payment. They never contacted us-- we always had to contact them. After all this time, our house is heading to foreclosure. We are stuck with a repayment plan that is beyond our capabilities. They didn't even have the nerve to speak with us in person, but left us a message. Thanks for nothing!! Do NOT believe what they tell you! They are thieves!!!!

Alarcon and Associates is a law firm. If they negotiated a repayment plan that stopped you from losing your home, that is excellent legal work. No attorney or anyone can promise an outcome when is comes to this sort of thing. Any guarantees are lies. I work for Mr. Alarcon and every case is worked and negotiated as hard as it can be done. There are no promises, just constant negotiations with the lenders. If you are saying that a repayment plan was negotiated then the attorney, no matter what firm did their job. I understand you may be unhappy as you may have been expecting something different and pleased call his office to discuss, but i have read his retainers and a repayment plan is part of the retainer. His main goal is preventing homeowners from losing their homes. I actually do some family law stuff as well for Mr. Alarcon and there are no guarantees in that as well. Please do not post such negative comments about a good attorney and a good law firm. if the person who referred you promised you something, that has nothing to do with our firm. Once the client retains Alarcon and Associates you will receive hard work and excellent legal services. Again, no one could guarantee something or else its a scam thank you justin
