Alex Jankuv - the worst support person ever!

Alex Jankuv is the worst support person ever! He used to work for hostnine.com company and provided me the worst support service when I dealt with them. After I posted a ticked about my problems with my Cloud VPS Free Double RAM service, I received a rude reply where Alex Jankuv as a support person simply laughed on me and tried to start a fight with me for posting that ticket.
I consider this as the lowest level of customer support service! Beware and better stay away!

I posted an inqury on the hostnine.com support page regarding my hosting package. I thought the questions were relevant but the supporter (Alex Jankuv) just taunted at me and told me the question was simply silly and irrelevant. At first I thought I did something wrong. But seeing all the negative reviews regarding this guy online I think that actually he was the one that was wrong!!
This kind of customer support is simply unacceptable. Avoid this guy at all costs!

Haven't heard any positive comment about Alex Jankuv and if he continues to treat his customers like that I won't hear them. Few days ago got a problem with one of my dedicated servers on hostnine.com and opened a customer support ticket. This guy was assigned to help me but he failed miserably, I don't know if he is new over there but he surely isn't qualified enough. Ended up explaining some basics to him instead of getting fast help. Hostnine.com should look closer to their staff and Alex Jankuv in particular.
