I have used Clearlease in the past and I highly recommend their services.
When I was in need of a Leaseback on my Commercial equipment DLC Clearlease came through for me when others made empty promises.
I do not know why you would post scam information on this company and make comments like you have. without backing anything up. You sound un informed or have issues you are not stating.
How to you determine ownership?
How do you link these businesses together?
What dd they do to you?
Did they repo something from you for failure to make your payments and you are now bitter?

Ontario regulator orders six people to pay more than $1.4 million in penalties

TORONTO - The Ontario Securities Commission has imposed $1.4 million in administrative penalties against six individuals who were found guilty of defrauding investors by selling them shares in a Nevada company called Asia Pacific.
The commission also ordered the six people and their associated companies to give up more than $2.1 million of ill-gotten gains from more than 110 investors in several countries, including Canada and the United States.
The events occurred between February 2006 and October 2007, when the OSC issued a cease-trading order that shut the operation down.
In a decision handed down last year after hearings in 2009, the commission found the whole scheme was a fraud that used high-pressure sales techniques and deception to sell shares in Asia Pacific.
The biggest individual administrative penalty was handed out to Kit Ching Pan, also known as Christine Pan, who was described as a "directing mind" of the scheme. Pan was ordered to pay $350, 000.
Pan's husband Hau Wai Cheung, also known as Peter Cheung and several aliases, was one of two presidents of Asia Pacific at different times. Cheung and the other president, Alex Pidgeon, were ordered to pay $300, 000 each.
The OSC ruled in last year's decision the fraud was perpetrated through a company called Global Partners Capital, which was described as a front for the scheme.
Rafique Jiwani, also known as Ralph Jay, was a manager of Global Partners Capital and ordered to pay $300, 000. Two salesmen with GPC were each ordered to pay $100, 000 in administrative penalties.
The OSC also ordered the individuals and companies to "disgorge" various amounts to the commission, including $1.7 million owed by the companies and four ring leaders.
Salesman Gurdip Singh Gahunia, also known as Michael Gahunia or Shawn Miller, along with the ringleaders, were ordered to disgorge nearly $340, 000. The other salesman, Basil Marcellinius Toussaint. also known as Peter Beckford, along with the ringleaders, were ordered to disgorge about $101, 000.
In addition to those financial penalties, the OSC imposed various restrictions on the individuals' trading rights and employment activities. They were also ordered to pay a total of about $85, 700 towards the commission's costs.
