On April 2010, Ms. Accinelli was referred to my wife and me by Foreclosure Rescue Services, L.L.C., d/b/a Foreclosure Relief Systems, L.L.C. (FRS), a foreclosure relief company for which she works as an attorney representing clients in foreclosure in the State of Florida. Ms Accinelli has though agreed to represent our case (Case NO: CACE 10-15643-12) and later that same month filed a motion of extension of time to file a response to complaint on our behalf in the circuit court of the 17th judicial circuit in and for Broward, County, Florida. FRS turned out to be a fraudulent company that scams many people, in Florida, including us who had since paid the company and Ms Accinelli a significant amount of money to negotiate with the bank. For months we have made several attempts to get in touch with Ms Accinelli to get an update on the case but she ignored all calls. On June 16th, this year, my wife and I went to her office on Bayshore Drive where we had our first formal meeting. We were denied access to the office and the right to counsel with her. This has created a stressful situation for my wife and I and our two children and we are now on the verge of losing our home. We entered into a business agreement with this company and its lawyers because we were under the presumption that we would have professional help, in fact, we were screwed, bankrupted by the very same people who took an oath to uphold the law. We are just honest people who work hard to make a living, we did not do anything wrong, we were supposed to get protected by those who are on the side of the law. Lawyers like Ms Accinelli who has such conduct should not be practicing in the state of Florida nor does she should practice elsewhere. We want to make the bar aware of her unethical and illegal activities so that proper action can be taken. Our hope is also to recover our money and to able to get answer on our foreclosure case. She is the only known person involved in that scam we can reach, the others are nowhere to be found. Ms Accinelli is a shame to the legal profession
