AllDream dont Know what type of company is but as far as I now they selling by phone vacation package and hotel Acomodation miami, Florida

On 09/27/2010 I receive a text message bank alert to my Iphone informed me that my card its been chargin $284.99 as a result of purchansing a hotel package, after received this text alert I called(same day) JP Morgan chase bank to find out about this transaction and also to request a new card and stablish a file in claim department next day I called this company and I stated this transaction was made it with out my authorization and of course we have a fraud and stolen identy issued here.

Since that time I been credit temporary the amount of $284.99 which its been removed severals time because Alldream company claims this transaction its legitime

On 12/08/2010 JP MorganChase bank Informed me that dispute between me and the Alldreams its been resolved,inmediatly I called claim department and I spoke with customer claim specialist and he told me that the bank has nothing to do case was close and the reason its that ALLdream company has good enougf proof this transaction its legitime and legal

How can this transaction its legal when I never authorized it this purchase My wife who has a additional card never ever call this company and we never been interesting in a hotel acomodation this company wants me to purchase something that I never requested and I never going to use it and I never receive yet
