Allen Property Management was responsible for my property from March 2011 to September 2011 during this time he collected rent from June -August of that I received 500.00 for a 3 bedroom brick ranch . He charged me for lawnmowing, neighbors said they never saw them there. He charged me to caulk my bathtub and it was never done. I had cleaned and scrubbed the old caulking off and requested he have it recaulked he said he had done it and billed me. When I returned to Idaho to see just what was going on the tub had never been touched. He charged me 90.00 for sprinkler repair and the tennnants said they had not worked since they moved in my lawn is now dead as well as my Roses. He took my double wide refrigerator out of the house when I asked him to return it, he did without the shelves and charged me 55.00 to return my own refrigerator. When I asked for the tennants deposit he made me sign a paper stating I would not take any further legal action he also took the water bill out of the final check and when I asked him why he was doing that considering all the repairs he charged me for he started to walk away with the tennants deposit. So beware the State of Idaho does NOT regulate property managers enter at your own risk.
