| I met with ANA SIBILY On Jan 28, 2009. She assured me that if i paid a total amount of $2500 for my husband and I, she would have my credit repaired and cleaned up. We had stopped paying some credit cards and we had some investment properties not being paid for anymore and our credit was getting real bad. She said by paying this fee upfront, they would repair my credit in 18 months and then after would work for us, for life if anything else ever popped up in our credit again! We paid her the full amount of $2500. Its been two years now and its been the worse dealing with her and her company. It was called Allstate business consultants located at 7520 NW 5th street in Plantation, FL 33317. Now since Spetember, 2010, she relocated to 11788 W Sample Road, Coral SPrings, FL 33065 and is now called ABC Credit consultants. All her associates from before were Arthur W. Gundling, the lawyer, Lou Silver and Jeff Smith. Even her daughter worked there at the front desk. Im not sure who shes with now, but I know that Lou Edward Silver is one if the partners there now. I received a letter on Jan, 12, 2010 now asking us to pay an maintenance fee of $25 per month for them to continue their services. In two years since i paid the $2500, nothing has been done, my credit is still the same, nothing was removed or repaired. It was hard to ever get in contact with Ana or to get any answers on why nothing was being done. If I did speak to her, her response was, its taking longer than expected. But in two years, still nothing was done. The worst part about it, is that, I refferred people to her, My mother in law, my brother in law, my mother and my step father. All have the same issue, nothing was done! We are all very pissed off that this company, ripped us off and provided NO services to us,like promised. Now that they want to add this maintenance fee, since we dont want to pay it, they are terminating our services. But I am not losing anymore money, for this company do to nothing and continue to rip me off! She has lied over and over again and continue to do nothing for our credit! I am posting this now, so other people dont get ripped off by her too! I see that others have already and I hope that no one goes to them to get ripped off! I have also made a compalint on the BBB. |
