ALLSTATE INDEMNITY HOW DOES I PAY MY CAR INSURANCE ON SOMEONE ELSES CAR? Internet

I sign up for my car insurance in March of 2011 when I went to the dmv they told me the vin number on my truck was wrong and to call my insurance company and have them fax them my insurance papers with the right vin number. Well that's when my problem began yes they did fax the papers with the new vin and the right vin number but they also put it back in there systems to stay the same 5 months later dmv sends me a letter saying I have no car insurance I went on line to fix the problem and I found that I had NO insurance but where have my money gone too? you are sending me a bill once a month and I'm paying it but I have NO insurance. I called to get things worked out the lady I spoked too said oh you have insurance we just made a little mistake we will take care of things and get back to you in 72 hours and everything will be ok. 5 days later still no call so I call back then they say oh it was your fault saying it was my fault I had no insurance on both of my cars I told him I think not I'm not paying for someone else car insurance and none for myself? 3 days after that I get a letter from dmv saying I have pay $250.00 to drive my truck on the street because it has no insurance and I have to prove to them I have it. So now not only am I paying my car insurance for someone else I have pay to drive my own truck on the street? I call back this time I speak to a young man he says oh I'm going to take care of this matter for you myself don't you worry about it, ok I leave town wasn't thinking about it and my phone rings yes I answered it. Yes it is allstate calling to do courtesy call not only did the young man cuss me out he moved me from the state I was living in to New York. Yes I have been there but I know of no addresses out there, so while I'm out vacation I had to go to the hospital 3 times from my blood pressures, and seizures so no I didn't have a good time on the vacation. I get home I call now I have to wait another 72 hours for the home office to get back to me my 100 dollar question is how and when do I get my money worth?
