|Alumawallet Telebrands scam Internet, Internet |

Thurs. Sept.22, 2011 Dear Sir, I answered a T.V. Ad for Aluma Wallets. When I placed my order over the telephone, I told the representative that I was ordering ONE wallet. I made that very clear to her.
She proceeded to tell me that I was entitled to one free wallet and free shipping.
It sounded like a good deal to me so I gave her my Visa Card number. Some time later, I received FOUR wallets and a bill for $69.98
I was outraged and I called Van Nuys Ca. I spoke with a gentleman who gave me the name of Jeremy. I explained everything to him and I told him that I will return all four wallets for a full refund plus the $13.00 that I had to pay for the return postage. He seemed to be in agreement with my proposal.
When I could not find a credit on my Visa Card statement, I researched my status on the internet and I was shocked to discover that you had credited my “ACCOUNT†in the amount of $50.00 I do not need nor want an account with your company as I do not intend to purchase anything from you in the future. An “ACCOUNT†with you is utterly useless to me.
How can you open an “account†for me in my name without my consent?????? We Canadians do not take too kindly to being swindled. I am an 80 year old pensioner and I have been in contact with our local authorities, including an organization called “Anti Fraudâ€. They deal in Scams and they told me that I am a victim. and they recommended some steps that I can take to resolve this issue I would like to remind you that your company advertizes a 100% satisfaction guarantee
I strongly advise you to cancel my so-called “ACCOUNT†and return my FULL refund Sincerely,
Thelma B P.S.
