I signed up with Alwaysrentals.com in hopes to find a new rental property. I had been using Craigslist and wanted to broaden my search options. Alwaysrentals.com provides inaccurate information about available properties and most often I found that the properties listed were not actually available for rent. After I had asked for my refund back, they very rudely replied no and told me to wait 6 months. During those 6 months they state you are required to log in weekly to view their listings. But they are always wrong! I posted a reminder on my calendar 6 months after my signing up and contacted Alwaysrentals.com again requesting for my refund. They rudely replied no and have not refunded me. Alwaysrentals.com does not have a phone number or name of person to contact. They do not care about customer satisfaction and were not helpful at all. You can only contact them through e-mail and they do not care to help you meet your needs. Whatever you do - stay away from Alwaysrentals.com - I would be a better source in helping someone locate new housing.
