Purchased an O2 sensor because it looked like I could save a few bucks (ya right). After only 3 mo, the internal heater circuit failed - sensor defective.

Contacted AM Autoparts describing problem but their only response has been a form letter stating the 30 day return policy. I doubt anyone read my complaint because anyone knowledgable in these parts knows a failure like this is a manufacturing defect.

Saving some money up front has now cost me the price of a new one + the defective one + aggrevation + another installation.

Be careful. While a few aftermarket parts may be ok, most are not designed or manufactured to OEM specs and are they're junk. This coupled with a company that DOESN'T stand behind what they sell then there's no reason to use them. Lousy service + cheap parts = Aftermarket Auto Parts.

I just order a tail light that in the catalogue shows $39.00, I filled up the order and at the next, they charge
me $79.00. I try to call them, NO PHONE NUMBER, email them, NO EMAIL this is a joke or an SCAM?
My order is: AM6469-13080419. I WANT TO CANCEL THAT ORDER AND RETURN MY MONEY TO MY DEBIT CARD. BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINES PRACTICES.
