It's incredible to read the current employee post about what a stand-up, intelligent, honest, blah, blah, blah guy that Mark is. Let's see if the feeling is still the same in a few months when you quit! Isn't it somewhat ironic that W. Mark Sanders runs a company that helps people buy homes, when the reality is that Mark doesn't even own a home himself? Isn't it ironic that he helps people with credit when his own personal credit is in the 400's? The reality is that these posts are for prospective people who want to know what kind of guy Sanders is. Not the employee that believes his every lie. Has Sanders ever mentioned that he has been committing mortgage fraud since 2006 and has defrauded banks out of more than $16 MILLION? And the statement that Mark has let employees borrow $450K? HAHAHAHA. Mark would have to have that kind of money before he could let someone borrow it. He is a FRAUD. He doesn't have the millions of dollars he's told you about, there is no trust fund that is going to make him rich. If you believe all of his BS, you're as much of a liar as he is, because you're lying to yourself. If the evidence still doesn't convince you, then don't believe me. Contact the Tampa FBI office. They know Mark by name and they know every move he's made for the last 5 years. This scum bag can run, but he can't hide. He will go to prison for a very long time. Sanders is 1/100th as smart as Bernie Madoff, and twice the criminal. If you believe any different, you are a fool!
