We trusted the American Auto Transport web-site giving positive reviews and feedback from non-existent fabricated reports from AAT. We were hustled into paying a deposit 24 hours after booking the Company. We were offered Guaranteed pick-up and drop off dates, that our vehicle would remain on a single auto freight carrier and all these promises were broken. We had our Toyota Corolla on separate trucks, a sub-contractor named Mobile Transport. We had to extend our Rent-a -car three times and extend our hotel stay, needed to move to two other hotels due to overbooking and spent most of the day calling the American Auto Transport,. being told lie after lie about the delivery date. When our car finally arrived several days later, we had to pay in CASH and We never had our calls returned and I have health issues and suffered severe stress over a week and during the nightmare my wife some sleepless nights over this horrible experience. Customers beware this American Auto Transport is an unethical company and needs to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, as they have no right to remain in business. They do not honor the terms of the agreement and have some horrible subcontractors who threatened to leave our car behind in Washington if we did not drive the car to him where he was parked. Be warned!!!!!!

It's pretty obvious that we haven't done anything wrong.

Yes, we do subcontract drivers, but was a broker this is standard practice. The vehicle was on one truck all the way to the destination.

Yes, we took a deposit 24 hours before the vehicle was picked up. Again, this is standard practice...(should we have taken a deposit AFTER your vehicle was picked up lol?)

All delivery dates are estimated dates because we're dealing with trucks here...

This is a completely illegitimate review and to anyone reading this I advise you to use your common sense when evaluating what you a read on the internet, no matter whom the information comes from.
