I was looking for a bartending job and I found their website on Craigslist. They said they could find me a job after I get "certified" even though I have already been a bartender the last 5 years. I was also told if I wasn't satisfied I could get my money back within 30 days. I got the packet and it was a crappy book full of wrong information and words spelled incorrectly. The video was just as bad at spelling, but with poor audio quality and nothing of real value. I returned the whole thing within a week or two and made sure it was express mail. I called a week and a half later and they said the refund takes about two weeks. It has been MONTHS now! No refund and now they are charging me $9.99 a month for some online profile that I DON'T HAVE!!! They won't return my calls or answer their phones now! Their business has moved and now I am totally screwed. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!
