Then around two months ago, I had an argument with a tech about my contract. They said it ran out and I knew it was good for another year. They were adamant about the length of the contract and removed their ICON from my desktop so I could not contact them.

I went to their website and talked to customer service. I gave them my information proving I still had more than a year of service left on my account.

That's when the real problems started. In the past month, they were on my computer at least 25 hours trying to fix my registry problem. Today I fired them when I was told there was nothing wrong with my computer.They have rendered my computer to a point that I may have to reformat my hard drive.
